Jewelry warranty service
Gold and silver jewelry purchased from the Denarius jewelry company is subject to free warranty repairs.
The warranty service applies to all types of jewelry that have manufacturing defects or damages due to production faults. In all other cases, the jewelry repair is carried out at the expense of the owner.
What is covered by the warranty:

Faulty clasps in earrings, bracelets, chains, and other manufacturing defects.
What is not covered by the warranty:

Dents, scratches, or deformations that occurred during use.

Falling out of inserts/stones due to mechanical damage such as impacts, falls, etc.
(In such cases, the cost of a new insert is covered by the jewelry owner.) -
Jewelry that has been repaired, polished, cleaned, had its stones replaced, or resized by anyone other than authorized jewelers of the Denarius company is not covered by the warranty.

Restoration of any kind of coating (rhodium plating, enameling, satin finish, sandblasting, etc.) is not covered by the warranty.
Warranty period:

Clasps on bracelets, chains, earrings – 12 months from the date of purchase.

First-grade precious stone inserts – 3 years from the date of purchase.

Cubic zirconia and other stones – 12 months from the date of purchase.
What is required for warranty service:
Warranty service is provided only if the owner has the original tag and receipt/invoice confirming the purchase from official Denarius stores or the online shop (website: denarius.com.ua, Instagram: @denarius_jewelry).
Otherwise, warranty repair may be refused.
Warranty for silver icons and paintings
All icons and paintings have an unlimited lifespan, provided the following care instructions are observed:

Do not use polishes, detergents, chemicals, dust removers, or any cleaning agents.

Avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight and high humidity.

If water droplets get on the item, wipe them off immediately with a dry, clean, soft cloth or gently blot with a tissue.
Blessing the item with holy water may also cause stains, darkening, or damage to its appearance. -
Do not wipe dust or dirt with bare hands – only with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
