1. Exchange and Return of Jewelry

Please note that according to the current legislation of Ukraine, jewelry is included in the list of goods that are not subject to return or exchange:
“Jewelry of proper quality, as listed in the Non-Food Products List approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172, is not subject to return or exchange.”

2. Exchange and Return of Products in the "Icons" and "Decor Items" Categories

Return of products in proper condition (if the product does not suit in size, style, color, or for other reasons) is possible if:

• no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase;

• the product has not been used and has not been in operation in any way;

• the original packaging is fully preserved (including tags);

• the product is in the same condition as at the time of purchase and delivery to the customer (without any damage or defects);

• the customer provides payment documents confirming the purchase.

All logistics and other expenses related to exchange or return are borne by the customer.
